JOB DESCRIPTION

1.) Marketing Managers (Ref: MKM)

Successful candidates will assist with implementation of marketing strategies.

Requirements
  • B.Sc in Marketing with a minimum of second class lower degree
  • Membership of CIM, CIPR or any other related professional qualification
  • MBA or MSC is an added advantage
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years work experience
  • Age: 25-35 years

2.) Marketing and Sales Officers (Ref: MSO)

Successful candidates will assist with implementation of sales effort of the organization to cover a broad spectrum of services and products

Requirements
  • BSc/HND in Marketing with minimum of second class lower degree / lower credit
  • Must have 2-3 years post NYSC working experience in a reputable organization as a salesperson
  • Must be innovative and possess strong conceptual ability with experience in business promotions
  • Must be ready to travel
  • Age: 25 - 30 years

3.) Human Resources Supervisors (Ref: HRS)

Successful candidates will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the Administrative and Human Resources units.

Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, Psychology, Law, Sociology or any of the Social Sciences with minimum of second class lower/lower credit
  • Membership of CIPM, ICSA, CIPD or any other relevant professional body
  • Must have a minimum of 3-4 years post NYSC experience in the human resources department in a structured and reputable organization with a minimum of 40 staff
  • An excellent command of English Language and above average business writing and communication skills
  • Age: 25 - 33 years

4.) Administrative and Human Resources Officers (Ref: ADO)

You will be responsible for general administrative and human resources tasks.

Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND Business Administration, Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, Psychology, Law, Sociology or any of the Social Science discipline with a minimum of second class lower/lower credit from a reputable institution
  • Membership of CIPM, ICSA, CIPD or any relevant professional body
  • Minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience in a reputable and structured organization
  • Age: 22 - 28 years

5.) Departmental Assistants (Ref: DAS)

Successful candidates will assist the Officers in various departments with administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements
  • OND/NCE from a reputable institution with a minimum of lower credit
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Age: 18 - 25 years

6.) Accountants/Internal Audit Supervisors (Ref: AIA)

Successful candidates will be responsible for coordinating the accounting functions taxation, annual budgets, investment proposals, cost control and advisory services to management. Internal Auditors will carry out general and specific audit for compliance in all areas of the company's activities.

Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND in Accounting with a minimum of second class lower degree or lower credit
  • Must be ICAN/ACCA qualified and versatile in the use of Microsoft Office and an accounting software package
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years post NYSC work experience
  • Internal Audit experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains Accounting software would be an added advantage
  • Must be able to function in a supervisory capacity
  • Age: 25 - 30 years

7.) Accounts Officers (Ref: ACO)

Successful candidates will be responsible for accounting functions such as invoicing, payable transactions, debt recovery, bank reconciliations amongst others.

Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND in Accounting with a minimum of second class lower degree or upper credit
  • Must have a fair knowledge of tax administration in Nigeria
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years post NYSC work experience
  • Must be versatile in the use of Microsoft office and an accounting software package
  • Age 22-28 years old

8.) Legal Officers (Ref: LEO)

Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring corporate compliance with legal and regulatory matters.

Requirements
  • LL.B and any higher degree or certification with a minimum of a second class lower degree
  • LLM degree is an added advantage
  • 2-3 years post call working experience in a reputable organization or law firm
  • Excellent knowledge of Commercial and Company law practice, International law and Property law
  • An excellent command of English Language
  • Age: 22 - 30 years

9.) Guesthouse Supervisors (Ref: GHS)

Successful candidates will coordinate activities and se,vices in the company’s guesthouses.

Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND in Hotel Management or other professional qualification
  • Must posses good command of English Language
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience
  • Age: 35 - 40 years
