Degree requirements
Typically, we look for graduates with a minimum 2:2 from the following backgrounds:

Engineering: Electrical and/or Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Process, Materials, Physics, Broadcast & Software engineering degrees.
IT: Computer Science, Electronics, Software Engineering or IT related degrees.
Business: Business Studies or related, Finance & Accounting, Maths, Project Management, Operations Management, Procurement/Logistics/Supply Chain Management.

Training and development
Your career development means the world to us. So whichever role you join us in, you’ll go straight on to one of our two-year graduate development programmes. You’ll be given your own individual training plan, designed to address your role specific development needs. We’ll also help you, where relevant, to gain accreditations from professional bodies, including IET, IMechE, CIMA and CIPD.
