Graduate Trainees (Commercial) at Baker Hughes

We’re always on the lookout for talent to build our teams in finance, sales and marketing, and human resources, HS&E, and other functions, though we do not always run formal training programs for graduates looking to join us in professional business support roles.

What you need
For commercial roles, typically we’re seeking people who:
  • have English language: ability to achieve Level 5 on a global English test
  • have completed a four-year degree or MBA within the past 24 months in
    sales
    finance
    marketing
    accounting
    transportation
    purchasing
    human resources
    training and education
    HS&E
    law.
  • have at least three of the following:
    a minimum grade point average of 3.5/4.0 ( 2.1 or equivalent)
    relevant work experience
    evidence of practical/ technical capability
    evidence of relevant extracurricular activity
  • have the legal right to work in the country in which you apply.
We’re looking for people who are motivated and persistent, as well as resilient and adaptable. You’ll also need to show creative problem-solving and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
