The positions and related information are as follows:
1.) HSE Officer
Job Profile
- Develop, promote, implement and manage QHSE best practices in the organization
- Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in Environmental Management, Public Health or related field
- Possession of relevant Post-Graduate degrees and related Professional qualifications will be an advantage
Minimum of 3 years practical HSE experience in a reputable organization
2.) Library and Documentation Officer
Job Profile
- Ensure the provision of a central database and knowledge repository for planning and development purposes
- Serve as custodian of the Organization’s electronic and physical intellectual assets
- Develop and manage cost-effective library and information services
- Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in English, Library Science, Computer Science
- Related Professional Qualification and Membership will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional working experience in the field in Governmental or non-Governmental organizations
Job Profile
- Prepare and interpret pre and post contractual technical specification
- Carry out Technical Evaluation and resolve disputes over interpretation and application of particular technical codes
- Prepare correspondence and reports; performs the inspections in specialized field such as electrical, structural, energy, grading, or plumbing/mechanical.
- Minimum of a first Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Quantity Survey, Architecture or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Membership of Nigerian Society of Engineers and Council for the Regulation of Engineering plus professional work experience in procurement and contracting will be added advantage
- Customer service courtesy its essential for this position
Job Profile
- Assist in the administrative, commercial and financial aspects of managing joint ventures with local and international Partners
- Minimum of a first degree or equivalent with at least second class lower with major course work in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Business Management.
- Ability to use recognized professional Accounting /Auditing software with sound financial management background is required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in developing business plans and or Financial Consulting, Economic Research and or Project Finance
- The ability to interpret financial statements and prepare financial projections is required
- Membership of ACA, ACCA or CPA would be an added experience
Job Profile
- Installation, Management and Maintenance of ICT Infrastructure, Server Applications and Databases.
- Develop and implement IT security and data centre strategies, policies and procedures.
- Participate in developing strategies and plans for the management of IT systems and infrastructure
- Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in Electrical Electronics Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering or related discipline.
- A Professional Certification in MCSE, MCSA / MCITP, A+, Network, Computer Systems and Network Security and Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years ICT Experience, with at least 3 in server applications and the maintenance of IT infrastructure management. Must be versatile with multi¬tasking attributes

- Assist in IT / IS trouble – shooting
- Assist in manning the help desk
- Minimum of a first Degree or its equivalent in Electrical Electronics Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering or related discipline.

Job Profile
- Liaise with the relevant State Ministries, Departments, Agencies, Communities and other Stake Holders in order to develop a Water and Sanitation Plan that promotes good health, water and sanitation practices.
- Oversee management and Implementation of water and sanitation projects.
- Co-ordinate partner activities in water and environmental sanitation
- Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in Public Health, Civil Engineering (Water and Sanitation) Social Development or related field.
- Possession of a Post Graduate degree in Development Management / Economics will be an advantage
- Minimum of 7 years work experience 3 of which should be in Water. Supply and Environmental Sanitation
Job Profile
- Installation, Management and Maintenance of the ICT cabling / transportation network and architecture, including aesthetics
- Ensure, develop and Implement IT security and data centre strategies, policies and procedures, as regards the overall network and ICT infrastructure
- Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Electrical Electronics Engineering, Computer Sciences and Engineering or any related discipline. Must be a certified CISCO Network Systems Engineer.
- A Profession, Certification in MCSA/MCITP, A+, Network, Computer Systems and Network Security and Administrate
- Minimum of 5 years ICT experience, with at least 3 in network management.
Job Profile
- Plan, direct and co-ordinate the administrative operations, vendor management, catering services, travels, stores and mail service
- Provision of logistics support for organization-wide functions
- Manage the agency’s facilities and assets in a cost-effective manner
- Facilitate the development and implementation of effective administration policies, procedures and systems focused on facilitation operational excellence
- Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Management Science or Actuarial Science
- Possession of an MBA, or relevant post graduate Degrees and related professional membership of ICA or its equivalent will be an advantage
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; with 8 years in administrative, financial and contract-related duties out of which, 5 years must be in a Managerial capacity
Job Profile
- Develop, promote, implement and manage Healthy Living projects
- Oversee management and implementation of capacity building for community health an environmental sanitation
- Leverage established partnerships to promote Healthy Living practices in the State
- Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in Medicine, Public Health, Social Development or related field
- Possession of an MBA or relevant Post-Graduate degrees and related Professional qualifications will be an advantage
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience; 5 of which should be in Public Health Administrative, with specific experience in water and environmental sanitation.
Job Profile
- Oversee the Internal Audit function in the Agency
- Enforce audit policies in the Agency to ensure the integrity of the accounting procedure for the Organization’s projects and carry out special investigations on projects accounting procedures as required
- Communicate and execute changes in Internal control processes approved by management
- Minimum of a First Degree or equivalent with at least second class lower with major course work in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Business Management
- A recognized professional Accounting / Auditing software with sound financial management background is required
- 8 years audit work experience, with at least 5 years in senior position
- Membership and certification of ISACA or related association will be a definite advantage
- Selected candidates may be asked to perform other duties, as required and will report to a Head of Unit, Manage or General Manager, as applicable.
