The Management trainee program is designed to develop graduates through specially designed functional programs in the hope that they become part of the future senior management talent pool.
Successfull graduates from this program will be inducted into the Group to take up specific role in:
Sales & Marketing
Finance
Supply Chain
Information Systems
Research & Development
Human Resources
Responsibilités
Qualification et experience
A minimun of HND (distinction) or B.Sc degree (second upper class) in one of the following Fields:
Business & Commercial Sciences
Pure Sciences: Pharmacy, Biological, Biochemistry, Microbiology etc.
Engineering: Mechnical, Electrical, Production
Candidate must not be more than 27 years of age
Should have between 0-2 years wrok experience
Interested in having a career in the FMCG sector
Graduates from the following Universities can also apply:
