A MICROFINANCE BANK located at Okata Isolo, Lagos requires the services of the following categories of staff.


MANAGING DIRECTOR:

QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENT:
HND / BSC in any finance related field with a minimum of 7 years relevant banking experience, 3 years of which must be in a similar position in an MFB. Professional qualification and higher degree will be an added advantage.


HEAD OF OPERATIONS:

QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENT:
Same as in 1 above; with at least 5 years experience, 3 of which must be in an MFB.


HEAD, INTERNAL CONTROL:

QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENT:
Same as in 1 and 2 above; with at least 5 years experience in internal auditing in a bank. A professional Accounting qualification is a pre-requisite


MARKETING OFFICERS:

QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENT:
OND/ NCE in any field, experience is not a pre-requisite as successful candidates will be trained


IT OFFICER

QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENT:
OND / HND in computer science or related discipline with at least 3 years hands on experience from a banking institution.


TELLERS / CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICERS

QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENT:
OND / NCE holders with at least 1 year experience in a similar fubction.
