Consultancy announcement: International evaluation consultant - UNIDO country evaluation in Mozambique
UNIDO is conducting a country evaluation in Mozambique in September/October 2010 and is looking for an international evaluation consultant who is fluent in Portuguese and English with private sector development experience and knowledge about the UN and UN mechanisms.
UNIDO is looking for an international evaluation consultant with the following qualifications:
Advanced university degree in economics, development studies or other relevant fields;
Extensive knowledge and experience in the field of private sector development, particularly SME development;
Extensive knowledge about the One UN, international development priorities and frameworks (MDGs, Paris Declaration, etc);
Extensive experience in evaluation and supervision of evaluation teams;
Knowledge of UNIDO activities an asset;
Working experience within the UN system an asset;
Working experience in Mozambique an asset.
Languages: Portuguese, English (fluent)
