Project Evaluators for Child Labor/Forced Labor
ICF Macro is seeking experienced project evaluators to conduct evaluations of overseas U.S. Department of Labor-funded projects to combat child labor. The most immediate need is for two evaluations in Egypt, and one in Democratic Republic of Congo; we also expect evaluations in East and West Africa, Central America, and South Asia in the coming months. The evaluation requires background preparation, travel to project sites in-country, conducting a stakeholder workshop at the end of the field work, and a draft evaluation report of approximately 30-45 pages, for approximately 25 days of work over a period of two months.
Qualifications:
• Must have project evaluation experience.
• Knowledge and experience with labor issues such as forced labor, child labor, or child protection programs.
• Knowledge of the political and economic context for the project countries.
• Excellent writing skills in English.
• Appropriate language skills for the country of assignment.
